End User License Agreement (EULA) - Titan Antivirus

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS LICENSE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

By receiving, opening the file package, and/or using Titan Antivirus (hereafter referred to as "SOFTWARE") containing this software, you agree that this End User User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding and valid contract and agree to be bound by it. You agree to abide by the intellectual property laws and all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Patriot Digital Solutions, LLC (hereafter referred to as "COMPANY") your use of SOFTWARE indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, COMPANY grants use of this SOFTWARE in accordance with this Agreement. This SOFTWARE is bound under the use restrictions, copyright, distribution, warranty, modifications, governing jurisdiction, liabilities, intellectual property, and patent terms of the GNU General Public License version 2 as published by the FSF, of which this license is included with this SOFTWARE. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between COMPANY and the purchasers or users of SOFTWARE.

The software also uses the following third party components that have their own or similar licenses:

Due to the continual development of new intrusion techniques, no scanning software, including this SOFTWARE, can guarantee or warranty that it will detect or reveal all potentially unwanted programs.

COMPANY's entire liability, without exception, is limited to the customers' reimbursement of the purchase price of the SOFTWARE (maximum being the lesser of the amount paid by you and the suggested retail price as listed by COMPANY) in exchange for the return of the SOFTWARE back to the COMPANY.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove SOFTWARE from your computer now.
